Sep 22, 2012 10:36am I LOVED The Black Forest. But one question, why is it split into four parts? I think the games would have been more popular if they were in one chunk. Nonetheless, I greatly enjoyed those games.

Packing them up might be a good idea, but I’m not sure if I can find the time for it. I didn’t stop making games, but I work on bigger projects that take longer to make. I worked with a couple of friends on Spirits (http://www.spacesofplay.com/spirits), and I’m currently working on a new puzzle music game called Tracks (you can see some early designs on my blog at http://www.madebypixelate.com/blog). show less

Sep 2, 2012 7:44pm everytime i come to a game that is lame for a really stupid reason but has potential i’m going to put a link to one of your “understanding games” games… though i would expect most people to know this at least subconciously (then again i would think i would know how to spell subconciously…)

Oct 7, 2011 10:26am Your games are excellent. I’ve been thinking about a career in game design. Even have a few ideas. I keep a copybook where I note everything, and try to figure out the specifics. I keep a copybook where I note everything, and try to figure out the specifics. How would this affect gameplay. What kind of an interface do I want. What kind of leveling. Me and a bunch of friends are going to try coding and see if we can create something cool. Your lectures were excellent. It’s given me new tools and a new outlook. This is going to be useful to me. Thank you. And you’ve also shown the ability of video games for teaching and learning. Good, piecemeal approach. I was never overwhelmed with information or confused. Thank you once again. show less
