Good game, but a few irritations. Reload is annoying, and a pointless feature.... cute though. Also, having to drop a character on those bullseyes is really difficult when in the heat of battle. It's a real pain.
Otherwise, I love it. It's got a Plants vs. Zombies feel to it. Nice.
Having an odd issue, not sure it's a glitch. All of my characters die normally, but my first one, the only melee player dies in about two hits. He's about the average of all the other player's hp, and about the sum of all of their levels. He's lvl 139, and the highest below him is 66. I'm basically playing without a warrior because he dies almost immediately.
This really isn't an idle game... It's more like watching someone else play an over drawn rpg full of irritating buttons all over the place... like most mmorpgs have... There really isn't any game play.
You might want to nerf the wizard from the king's dungeon, and the beholder boss from the void. After your first reset, they are almost impossible to beat, even when they are not strong enough to kill you, the battle might never end.
Also, as this is technically an idle game, you should be able to leave it running, and do something else. When I do that my characters don't seem to do much. I can be doing something else for a half hour or more, and not get a single drop.
I'd make the output a bit higher, or the requirements a bit lower, just a bit. I don't mind some waiting, it is an idle game, but there's a TON of waiting involved, at least in the beginning, before conquering anyone.
A few small glitches: You still need to 'exit dungeon' after killing the final boss, and using the mirror creates a (possibly permanent) after image of that mirror in your inventory.
What are the asterisks on the dungeon names.
I've gotten as far as HogQuartz, and I think I'm stuck. I need more bookshelves, and I can't travel back to the LieBury. Not sure what to do now... It's been interesting till now, though, and longer than I thought it would be.
The combiner isn't working. It could be due to the fact that I reset the game completely, and it might need a resurrection. Either way, you might want to disable it's appearance until you can use it. The button is there, and can be clicked, but no items can be placed inside.
A few small things, because it's pretty good as is; you need to add current cash on the main screen, it's a necessity. You should change the audio track. it fits the game, but it's irritating. The animal sounds should be in the background. There's no way of knowing how to recieve those veggies to spend in the market, or what makes them different than the hundreds you're currently farming.
It's fine to have instructions on the page the game is on, but it's better to have a small button, and a GUI with those instructions.
Interesting game. You may want to add some random music. Not much, just a track or two. Second, you need to show what level each building is if you want that level to be a requirement for using another. Lastly, you should add a Stats button. On that GUI you should show how much power is being used versus how much power is being drained. One is currently shown in 25 second intervals, and the other in 60... You might want to sycn those.
Great comments! I am looking at adding more sounds and music to the game. I am planning to display the level on the buildings, it just didn't make it into 1.1.4 that just got uploaded. Stats sound interesting and I'll add that to my features list.
I'd try and shrink the tools down a bit, maybe add tooltips rather than seen discriptions, so you can always see both the upgrades, and the dps at the same time. Otherwise, you might add them into a loadable window, like a shop. Also, the dps is hard to read. I'd change it from 100000 to something like 100k, and so on. Fun game, though, I like it.
You should have a Ton of Books item. click it to get a bunch of Bookshelf items.
