@hechtd You know that info box that pops up when you hover over the various workforce boxes? Hold SHIFT for 10, CTRL for 25, ALT for all(max)? Well it works on buildings too.
Feature request: Multiple selection for workforce auto-alocation, so I can, for example, set all new population to both wood and stone while igonring the rest. --- Related: Saving the current worker assignment numbers and not reallocating every one of them to the current priority allocation on reload. (Only the newly acquired ones being allocated as usual). I know you mentioned working on new save system, so just making sure that gets in there.
I'm going to add multiple allocation, I just have to make sure the current system is working okay. I fixed a bug with it and will monitor it some more before adding more functionality to it :)
One more thing. I am not seeing the benefit of restarting the city. I haven't done the math, but I'm pretty sure I can make more money selling goods at top market prices than I can from starting a new city.
Also, so far every quest has request goods I already have in stock.
Using stones for building upgrades might be a good idea as currently they're stockpiling pretty high and I see no point in upgrading miners any further.
Oh, just a note: make sure there's a confirmation on the hard reset, as the number of people who accidentally hard reset can be rather high... (I am not testing it myself! :P)
Something new would be nice for the moon - it's just the same game with different numbers for upgrades and unlocks. So now we get to play the same game twice at once. Kinda lame.
Who in the world would think of doing THAT with the nail board??
And why does he need to steal a can of beans and a makeshift can opener? His job must not pay very well.
I will include this in a future patch :)
