Really good for something made in one day. I'd really like to see an intelligence skill or something to make them go around obstacles, or an ability to blow them up. If you make another I think classes would be fun, maybe a healer, a rouge/assassin that can go through obstacles or see invisible turtles etc.
I really like the game. There's lots of suspense, the characters are interesting, the puzzles aren't too hard, the hints don't give it away, and the cliffhangers and plot make me want to to keep reading. I would prefer more dialog options and the ability to look around the room myself when there are clues in it similar to many point and clicks on kong, but I understand that's a lot of work, maybe in a sequal?
I really enjoyed this game, and can't wait for the second chapter! If possible it'd be nice if the circles that show you hotspots would turn another color after they've been clicked on. I'd also like a way to reread text in case I accidently click too soon and miss something.
Astronaut: there is a storm coming can't you feel it? Me: You mean like the Doctor the oncoming storm? Me: Wait a minute how many shadows do you have?? *The moon starts breaking* Me: Oh my gosh! The moon is hatching! Game: I used to be on the other side of a mirror. Me: The Doctor locked someone in a mirror! Game: I used to draw fine lines in the sky. Me: You mean like cracks in time and space? Is that why the Doctor locked you in a mirror? Then at the end you regenerate! (Sorry I know all these lines are supposed to be symbolic (metaphoric?) but I watch Doctor Who so that's what it ended up for me.)
I spent over 20 minutes yelling "NO hit the snail shell the OTHER WAY!" "WHERE ARE YOU GOING? stand STILL!" "You hit it the WRONG WAY AGAIN now I have to start ALL OVER!" before finally giving up on the blue pants.
When I first started playing this game I wondered why the monkeys were so worried about balloons. My strange mind came up with this whole explanation that, people wanted to take the monkey's forests to build things so, they filled the balloons with poison (or at least sleeping gas to relocate them). The monkeys obviously weren't happy with that so, they created an antidote for the gas and injected some of the monkeys(maybe they didn't have enough for all the monkeys?) so they could fight back. I know I'm weird but at least it's an explanation!
Wouldn't he need wood or fuel in the bowl to transfer the fire back to the island? And wouldn't the metal bowel get hot on his head without a hat? Or is the fire just that magical?
This is a really spectacular game only one small problem. The stick bug says the broom is 81 inches and you couldn't reach the button but, the stick he gives you is 79 inches and you can reach the button fine... unless he is counting the straw part of the broom (I'm not sure what to call it the part you sweep with) and that's why you can't reach the button I'm not sure how that works.
I agree this shouldn't be in the adventure games but you should stop being so jugedmental I mean mybe neerajweb did his best and this is what he got all game makers start with a few junkey games and then they learn and make better games everybody needs a place to start
Needs upgrades, Making it so the jet boot thingies can make you fly would be cool maybe instead of there being a million caves on planet making diffrent planets, and something to tell you how deep you are would be cool.
XD
