for running practice, just find something heavy and small (i managed to use a small pair of needlenose pliers) and place it on the spacebar and it will just repeat over and over getting you about 245 points every time it repeats, then you can just go do something else for a while
got half sucked into the elevator, died, got spat out, flew over to manhole chugged some beer, flipped over and had seizures. i love how much of a man and wuss this guy is at the same time. He jumps out a window while chugging beer and lives, but runs into a wall and dies. hilarious.
