It took me ages to get Gentle Giant badge, considering its only a medium. If anyone is having the same trouble I did, the trick is too not worry about points and just get as many yellows as possible. Dont risk getting a yellow of theres a chance you can hit a red though.
To kill the visitor, First close the door, then click the toilet paper. Next click the toilet, then flush it. Then fill the bath and sink. Then open the right hand door on the cabinet under the sink. Plug the hairdryer in using the plugs beside the guy. Put the Hairdryer in the sink. There will be an electric thingy, and the left hand door will open. Theres a pistol inside. Click the pistol over and over till it dies.
