Ok, so maybe I have this wrong, but I thought going through the Portal of TD was supposed to reset all of the quests? i went through yesterday, and closed out of the browser etc, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Also, it seems a little counter intuitive that if you can buy crystals with Kreds, that you'd lose them all. IMO, if you're paying real money for a thing, it should be persistent.
Great game, though I seem to have an issue when logging in from a different PC. Items go missing, not to be returned. I.E. Bought a few packs of the undead during the day, went home, logged in...they were gone. Same with all or most of the packs I had bought as well.

You don't lose gems when portaling. Also, quests don't reset.
