Completely imbalanced. Spending $60k on one laser turret (lvl 4 = 4k + 8k + 16k + 32k) is far, FAR less effective than spending 12k on 3 laser turrets. Missile turrets are completely useless, and the power blaster is ineffective even at lvl 4. There is literally only one viable strategy: put in great NUMBERS of turrets into each elevator and have an elevator for each floor. Eventually put lvl 1 lasers in everything. A good game has more than 1 right answer...
