You should NEVER have a personal, 23.5 hour mission FAIL! That is ridiculous and irresponsible, especially when one hero is way over qualified for the mission, and now she's down for TWO DAYS?!? That is poor programming. Bad enough spending gems to get the items necessary, but to have you fail the mission for no apparent reason other than to tick people off is bad for business.
Actually I'd like to know the math behind crafting and mastery points. With 555 points between 6 workers you would think, while crafting baseline 'good' harps 40+ times, I'd get more than 3 'great' harps to pop up. Any other time, even on higher end items, I have no problem getting higher procs. I just don't understand it, unless you artificially keep a valuable precraft's numbers low. No way in heck I can afford 1k gems for another fusion slot.
Your workers produce each of their discipline every minute, capped by your workstations.
An item's skills is the base to determine how much time it takes to craft it.
If an item requires 20 Metalworking and you have the blacksmith with 10 metalworking it will take you 2 minutes.
If your blacksmith has 20 metalworking but your metalworking station is capped at 10, you will still craft it in 2 minutes.
If you upgrade your metalworking station to 20 you will now craft it in 1 minute
How can i have a hero with an item that has a 3.9% breakage chance, which is the only yellow number, yet it says she only has a 6/7 set? Heck one guy's been holding onto a 13% item for a month and his is ok.
Hi there, the 6/7 is unrelated to the break chance of an individual item. This is for Level affinity! If you equip all equipment slots with an item that is -/+ 7 levels in value, your hero will earn an additional power bonus. As to break chance, each individual item is rolled with each and every quest.
the break rate on questers is getting to be a joke, guys. Now that you make us send 3 out to get the resources we need, that's 3x the breakage. It's painful to see their big smiling faces come back with 3+ items broken. We deserve better than a nerf that's going to drive people away.
I second the breakage problem. Today I've had numerous breaks of low percentage equip. Even worse, I've had multiple (I'd say 6) quest failures, all with "A" equipment ratings. Never had this many failures since the start. Also had a bug where I had all 7 slots filled, but still read 6 of 7 and couldn't get set bonus, but that seemed to fix itself. All in all, fun game.
when I start the game, it makes the video driver on my laptop crap out, then come back on. Have to refresh to get game going. Then when I click on chat, it craps out again and goes to black. Can't access my city chat at all and I'm sure people wonder why I'm no responding. Same with Firefox, chrome and ie, all after this halloween fix.

Thank you for the feedback. It is possible for heroes to be injured on any quest.
