Well, stabgrover, why does the boss confiscate your donuts? Is he a total jerk, or were there illegal narcotics baked into the donuts? As for the antacids, I know video games don't have to make sense, but in this case I don't think it was funny enough to be warranted. And yeah, I misspoke when I said that the protagonist never gets to eat dinner. But is having to eat burnt food and take an antacid that doesn't work every night much less depressing than not having dinner at all?
If you click the play button in the right spot (or wrong spot, depending on how you look at it), you instantly lose as soon as you click it. Not game-breaking like the other bugs, obviously, but very annoying.
Donuts confiscated? By whom??? And since when do two antacids make an acid??? Also, I find it depressing that our poor protagonist is destined to go to bed without dinner every night.
By the way, "Hint: Take an ally to ship with you" doesn't help at ALL!!! >_< I mean, I saw the other hint that actually DID help, but why didn't you put THAT where people will read it instead of making it an easily missable piece of graffiti???
Also, on the level where there are 3 enemies and you have only one dude standing on a thin column, I don't see how it's possible to kill all three enemies in one shot, which you have to do if you want to be able to win without literally relying on the third enemy not killing you in one shot, which he often does.
hreutz is right, the sounds are "beyond horrible"... but I thought they were so hilariously so that I kept playing and playing just to hear that RIDICULOUS rocket noise.
I've seen worse, and the fact that "Kongregate" is the only misspelled word suggests that it was misspelled intentionally, which is hilarious (and hilarious things are not bad).
LOL. Horrible game, made my eyes hurt from looking at an undulating circle three pixels big and gave me a headache. But that was the intention. Am I a masochist for playing to 100% completion? I hesitate to say the ending was "worth it", but it was appropriate and did give me some sick sense of satisfaction.
