i love the customer service for this game! you lose balens, post a ticket, and don't hear anything for 2 weeks! then, when you DO get a response, it's some flimsy excuse as to how it was totally NOT their fault in any way, shape, and/or form! My reccommendation... don't waste your money, you'll just have it taken whenever they think they can get away with it. they'll probably delete my character for posting this, based on their actions thus far. I've actually heard of people who complained to the gms, and they don't exist anymore. some of them were my friends. i didn't want to believe that a r2game would do this...
you should be able to turn gold to karma, but making it an insanely high price to convert gold to karma. and make it a limited amount (like max of 5 karma) per transaction.
