Quest twenty-one 5 is also broken. Says get a score of at least 20 but it only awards for exactly 20
Quest twenty-one 2 seems to be broken. It says cash out with a sore of 17 or better but only awards the quest complete if you cash out on exactly 17

Good idea but buggy as hell, enemy factories appear on your base and you cant place but still get money for them, combat is bugged aswell. Needs a lot of spit and polish and could be a very nice 5/5 as it stands almost unplayable 1/5
