Not a bad little game. I would suggest starting with 2 letter words. Then go to higher difficulties as you play. I really like that the scrolling stops while typing the words. One of the best typing tutorials I've played. But again needs to start easy for new people learning to type.
This wasn't that bad a game. The description was pretty accurate. Early style racing game. Better than most I've played online and the music wasn't bad. I can't say I'll play this again, but I'll give it a 3/5
Interesting and cute. But it needs goals. Avoiding falling icicles isn't really something to keep you going very long. Maybe give a description of what your school project was for?
I enjoyed this game. Very simple and relaxing. 5/5 My only suggestion would be to animate the movements of the remaining balls once something is removed.
Basic design. The holes in the walls aren't very obvious. You may lose a lot of people because they don't know where to go. In the third area it's really hard to jump over the balls. I can get past two of them then get nailed by the third. I ended up quitting because of it. Basic game design needs. Show the goals. train the user. Then increase difficulty. Make the user invest time and interest in the game before it gets too hard or they quit.
Thank you very much for the detailed response, but I was going for the style of games like "I wanna be the guy" or the hacked levels of Mario Bros. The game is annoying, i know, but once you get the timing of the shooting thing, its honestly not that bad.
Okay as a puzzle game it's an interesting concept. However you need to allow the user to snap items into the correct place if they are close. On a negative note, who has ever enjoyed cleaning up a kids room? I know mom says make a game out of it. But I didn't think this is what she meant.
Interesting concept. It took me a while to figure out I had to drag the animal from the door to a seat. Maybe I missed it in the long instructions. Simply instructions up front or during play make the game more fun. I doubt I'll play again.
This was actually pretty fun. Took me back to the original Duke Nukem 2d games with the upgrades. I'd like to see all of this as Level 1. Then go onto a new level with different landscape and more upgrades, etc. Nice job!
I like this game, but the www.ludumdare.com site kind of sucks and is slow as hell so I came back to kongregate to play it again. Sorry not vote on the ludumdare site. Maybe I'll try again another time but I doubt it.
