For those having issues with the outlets causing your fans to explode. The outlet passes that amount of heat to each adjacent component. So for example the ultimate heat outlet puts out 5.12M heat, so each fan connected to it must output that much or more if you want it not to explode. I have all the heat sink upgrades so for me it takes 62 ultimate reactor plating to vent the max heat. This means the outlet and 4 fans with cool 20.48 heat per tick. Hope that helps.
