My game doesn't work anymore, for some reason whenever i try to play now it doesn't do anything. Can't upgrade, play quest, or buy things. Do I have to hard reset now?

terrible game start off 3 years ago terrible still half the maps wont load most of the time my shots for some reason never register the first time so im always double shooting or running wouldn't recommend to anyone would tell them to go play really counter strike this is a cheap shittly put together version for flash based
