For anyone stuck on level 14: the trick to the level is to notice that the lone '+' symbols on the outside belong to three colours - yellow, green and blue. Red is absent, so it's the colour you need to start with.
Full walkthrough: 1) Select the red colour and turn the inner blue section, catching the lone '+' symbol in red. 2) Turn the inner yellow section to combine all red sections. 3) Turn the red section to yellow, catching the the lone '+' symbol in yellow. 4) Turn the yellow section to green, catching two '+' symbols in green. 5) Turn green to blue to finish the level.

I'm gonna go with 4/5 for this one. The puzzle concept, by itself is unique and challenging. Graphically, it's quite efficient. One thing that bothers me here is being unable to tell if your node is able to fire or is discharging. By the gameplay style, it shouldn't matter. But it messes up the planning phase a bit. The corresponding sounds don't appeal to me either.
