Ok it's a 99% copy of the Stencylworks shooter example. This is stupid and retarded, why would anyone vote 5 for unoriginal crap that wasn't even good when it was original
Racco> The reason the second to last puzzle was logically flawed is that it had a hidden assumption (which was immediately revealed to be false) that the machine was not a liar.
I liked it, except the fact that the ending underlined the fact that the second to last puzzle was logically flawed. I was kind of willing to overlook it as an 'oops' originally, but the ending made an unspoken assumption turn out to be false.
I kind of liked this one, the plot was still pretty terrible (makes me think of modern art) but the game was generally a lot more fun than the first one. The only complaint I would have about gameplay is that too much of the difficulty is tied up in the smoke ring mechanism. Some of the puzzles were genuinely hard, but some of them were only hard because you had to click for precisely the right amount of time three or four times in a row and that part felt like playing guitar hero which is not what I am personally looking for in a game. Overall probably 3.5/5
Pretty interesting game, I like how the different heroes are pretty extremely different because the spells are a really important part of the game without (generally) being all consuming. Pretty decent challenge, too (although I suspect mileage may vary depending on which hero appeals). It's too bad the AI has to cheat really hard to get this level of challenge, but I'm glad it does because a lot of games that resist AI cheating just end up too easy once you come up with a single workable strategy.
Too easy, careful spell management is not required even on the last level where the PC cheats pretty heavily. (Or else the PC has been playing without a full deck of cards until the last match, I didn't really pay enough attention to say which, but it seemed like the PC was probably cheating)
Disregard my last comment, please vote it down. Issue was my browser, started another game after playing this one and ran into the same problems. Restarted Chrome and problem solved. Anyhow, great game.
Seems like a good game, but disabling the sound somehow lags it really badly (feels like I'm stuck in a long loop, but then eventually I escape). Could just be a local issue, but I've never run into this problem with any other games.
Fun little game... Some of the bonuses are a little weirdly expressed but that's not necessarily a bad thing because I don't think we're always better off with too much information on the way things work.
Can someone PM me what the top middle trophy is? I've gotten all the others and I have gold stars on every level but I can't figure out what I'm missing
mos795 > Levels = attack and hitpoints (maybe more defense too, but that's a hidden stat so I dunno). Upgrading during the match upgrades all units created after you upgrade levels. Upgrading outside of a match just upgrades the level of the particular unit forever
Thank you for playing! Did you find anything interesting, or worth mentioning?
