All my sights work perfectly aside from the holographic sight and the one on the 50 round gun. I just a huge pink square/circle where I should see the sight.

Game really has changed after it's entire lifespan. Everyone used the AUG back in my day, which you worked for. Now everyone buys charms and uses the kred guns and it ridiculous. Nice pay to win game. 10/10 would play again.
Forgot the name of the ship but build the ones that fire the block hole looking energy balls. Use those to clear out the rockets, and build lots of barricades. Once the enemy has no defense send some Capital ships in.

Tip : If you get bored of walking around killing everything, I used the demon the entire thing the "X" key does a fire ball, it one shots everything at close range and three shots the dragon bosses, and plus you can fly on top of everything so you can skip combat.
If you know it is 30% win chance, you used a simulator and a lot of them auto default to 100 matches, so you only did 16% of 100%, makes sense why you lost if you can do math.
