Fun puzzle, fine music, good for zoning out, but so is minesweeper. On level 18, but for the last 5+ levels have been thinking "Is this going anywhere, or is it going to keep randomly generating puzzles with grid size n+1"? Would be nice to have a way to mark tiles as "fixed"
Some puzzles were more annoying/trial-error than logical (eg: couldn't easily make out graphic for music puzzle), house puzzle wasn't clued. Others were solveable without knowing what the objective was. 3/5, because more puzzle games should exist.
TRAK: The answer is probability. Each game you win, you have a 3% chance to earn a card (I believe, may be making that number up). (Unless they've changed things?)
To those killing their fingers beating the final boss, here's a helpful tip I was given: I don't know if this is intentional or not, but if you hold down the arrow firing keys, and then click with your mouse somewhere outside the flash game (chat window, etc), the arrows will start auto-firing. It went from me cursing the game to The End not hitting my castle. It probably trivializes the rest of the game, though :(
This game is Seriously Awesome. If it does not win this months contest, there is something wrong with the world. Simple gameplay/controls, but a challenging game. Quick rounds, but with a bigger purpose to build towards. Most enjoyable (single player) game I've played on this site in a Long time. 5/5 doesn't do it justice.
Why do people making these games love to create the "Behind/on top of/beside/below the object" area, which isn't hinted to exist in any way and of course *must* contain the small key you need.. so you spend 10 minutes clicking everywhere on every screen... Make good puzzles, not obscure ones!
I also didn't get the badge first time through - I did use a hint to find the last match of the game, not sure if that's related, but I'd suggest that you try finding it without
