Whoa this has music which is automatically brought out by pausing!
Don't know if this was intential to be mean but frequently the enemies are stuck in the corners. When they are, all gold coins are inaccessible without upgrading the magnet to a high level...
I really dislike the idea that it punishes you for saving
How about if we can bank the money between each level? (and only way to get the banked money is by achieving something such as beating the next boss) If you really want to discourage saving, require a fee to access it. OMG, I have brought CIBC to Kongregate!
Thank you so much for improving the shotgun however I don't think we are done yet. For some reason birds are extremely hard to hit, either they have the ability to dodge or the shotgun only spreads horizontally.
Excellent game with the improvements! Tip for players: Bomb the outside parts first of the map first
A list of the achievements would be nice. (Kongers will reveal them anyway)
So far really fun. Makes me think bomberman meets worms.

I noticed frequently that the trade mission was not anywhere close to my ship, then I go exploring and get destroyed. Please make at least the first 3 trade missions close to your planet. Otherwise mention that this trade-mission requires a high level ship in the trade-mission text.
"Yes Fire, put them all on fire!" (sees fire on the ground) "... Fire should be a war crime soldiers can't walk anywhere!" What a well polished game with very unique weapons. The only way to improve this is to change the music a bit and lower the horse clop-pity sounds. Ooh and can the author please allow for crouching or double jump?
The solar power upgrade is my favorite feature of this game, it really promotes a new type of mining gameplay element. I highly recommend if you make a sequel to make it permanent.
The control scheme needs work. The 'vessel' has too much inertia and rather then pressing down to go backwords and up for thrust, down rotates the vessel down which doesn't work well in practice.
I hit the wall and think Oh no I should just restart!
I keep going h,it another wall and think why am I bothering?
Then I reach the end and it says, WINNER!
For anyone looking to level up faster, play in Nightmare.

A checkpoint feature on the long levels.
A way for the character to automatically regenerate health.
Show us where a bottomless pit is before we fall into it!
(opitional: maybe you can move the drone a short distance while pressing a button to keep the protagonist stationary)
A couple of ideas to improve your game: Background- Having a star background works for the Journey levels and black background for the void levels, but not for the entire game. Also in previous games, you changed the coins for stronger enemes (coins, money gems etc.) Why do all enemies only give one type? Good game otherwise 4/5
The rocks, cactus and dynamite do the most damage by far while the lawman hardly ever hits you. Increase the speed of the lawman or allow him to aim at the player. In return for that increase in difficulty perhaps lower the rate of ground hazards.

Tip: Until you upgrade coolent, don't press down the fire button (don't fire auto) fire semiautomatic (clicking the fire button).
After the second boss, save at least 250pts. past the 3 lives you have for more lives. Buying more then 3 is expensive.
There is no point to upgrading fully when your game ends after one hit.
I love the zany levels!
Especially the last one with that 'surprise' from the air.
This game could use a bit more variety from music, perhaps a different tone each row?
That's totally intential, just so you can upgrade your magnet to collect this final coins :p But maybe it doesn't worth the cost...
