That is good reading, very well written.
Not much of a game, though, as the only challenge is fight the boredom caused by the lack of challenge ;P
But it could expand into an amazing RPG. It's a good start!
Such a great idea. Music is great too.
But if you ignore the tutorial, you don't know how to play, and that's bad specially when you can't access the tutorial in game. Tutorials are boring, make games that you can learn as you play (and no, refreshing the browse so I can play the tutorial isn't any good either).
Even when you know how to play, it doesn't have the speed to entertain you untill you upgrade. And feedbacks could be better too.
Had to give 2 stars, sorry man :/
Tip: Never make tutorial messages that stop the gameflow. Let the player play freely while the message is onscreen.
It is very annoying, forcing a tutorial, even for first-timers :P
Wow, this is amazing. Very intuitive, with awesome feedback for each touch. I don't think any touch of mine didn't do something.
(and yeah, touch, it works perfectly on a touch screen. Can't say that for most point and clicks around here)
I hate tutorials. Always put a "skip tutorial" option for your players. Never force them to click somewhere or do something so they can go on playing. That's just bad design.
Kufc this game, I hate platform games in the keyboard. The constant crashes, badly designed puzzles, no mute, no save, it pissed me off. And I don't get pissed off easily. (And yeah, most of these problems can be worked around somehow, but they shouldn't. It's just bad design."
Pixel hunt from hell, point-and-click are fun when the puzzle is fun, not when you just have to discover an exact point where to click...
A shame, the game have a nice artwork ;P
It would be an awesome casual game if I didn't had to play mo0re than five (real) days to complete a quest. I don't have a clue how to craft a claymore yet...
I am actually working on a novel right now. :) I'll let you know when it's out!
