@ beerblog. It's true that the writing isn't exactly top AAA tier of classical works. But honestly, with the amount of idle clicker games and other malarky going around, just having a story you can dive into is a win. And the characters are all fleshed out and dynamic, so VasantJ has room for subpar plot lines because their characters would still make the game fun and interesting.
While I do feel a ton of hype for the series, I also do feel that the whole situation's gonna go to hell in a picnic basket. There has to be an explanation for Virole's dislike to Dregg in the older installments, and it's hinted with Ark's life motif's and Dregg's Reaper Dimensional technique that Dregg's the one to remove Ark. So hype for the next installment but also fear for the heartbreak.
I would like everyone to notice the title page, where of the three detectives, Dregg is staring at the camera in apathy while the other two pose like the goofs they are. That is all.
@Rasenshuriken3 Yep, that's intentional. The idea is that, since both of the character's hands are occupied with the bow, they couldn't swing up a shield to block attacks.
The reason the ancestors couldn't kill the deity probably was that they couldn't survive falls from terminal velocity like this fellow. That's the only thing I could come up with.

@t324 chap, try clicking on militia when doing the train militia mission, then at a random area near the tower. Then farm up to about 25000 with a pistol or a melee weapon before maxing stamina, agility, and a set of armor. This helps out a lot.
