@christina:it only counts the 5best cards. For example if you have KQ and the board has K33A2 your best 5card hand is AKK33 and the Q and 2 is dropped and not used. If your opponent has K7, his best 5 card hand would be AKK33 as well and the 7 and 2 is dropped and your hands would be a tie. In this example you do have the best 7 card hand but the same value 5 card hand as opponent
