Real quick about reload, on watches and timers, it shows the hundredth and tenth place for milliseconds. there are 1000 ms in 1 second. should help you out.
overm1nd, one put graphics to low, 2 remove shot trails, 3 clean out any dust in your comp (dust build up causes higher heat, making your pc run slower) and 3, get a beter graphics card. trust me, it'll help. the first three especialy.
