Are you supposed to be able to access the Water Town? Because you can't. Almost finished everything I can do, and I can only go to the Tower.
In order to access the Water town, you will need the Dimension Expert Badge, You can obtain this from the traveler in the Heroes Gathering Hub when your main character is level 20 or higher.
