Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8 After a few days(at latest around 35), unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging and whatever else you can afford that increases lethality. 10 Wait until everyone dies Whats really important ist that you need to pump drug resistance to 4, not 2 as written earlier. Otherwise your death rate is not sufficient to kill everybody before day 100. PS. the guide DOES work u just need extreme luck
