so far I like this, it's cute, and a nice upgrade from the original. The only issue I have so far is that the 'voice acting' is a little......how shall I say this.....remember those old old japanese Dubs from like...the very first few movies ever?....yeah, it's kinda worse then those :< ....sorry, I think the editting of the VA clips was done poorly, it seems to cut off too abruptly and the tone of the voices is....weird. Just...weird, I'm sorry. I know it's a minor thing and it can be turned off...but...a player shouldn't WANT to turn off VA, since that's part of the experience, or it should be. :/ anyways, I gave this a 5 out of 5 because so far it's working well and smoothly.
a fantastic game, I love Kingdom Rush, this game is looking to be my new fav. ^^ nice work on this. I think the only thing I'd like is the 'flavor text' like the description of the knight barracks and such, to be seeable in places besides the upgrade button. but nevermind, no big deal. Honestly, I love this xD
refreshed the page...yep, lost my hudu.... thanks. I gave this a 4/5, it's a pretty cute pokemon rip off and dumbed down so far with not telling you a single thing, number of exp required or such. It tells you some things but you have to actually invest in it, and the chibi art style kind of prevents that. But....no....glitches....GLITCHES in a game THIS SIMPLISTIC?!.....I'm sorry, that 4 just became a 2/5 :/ .....
playing through the whole game again. so fantastic. this game is beyond incredible. off to chapter 3! Hazzah! the music alone is worth the price of most steam games...we need more people to see this. Come on Kongers, show this to your friends! I've actually met people who haven't heard of this masterpiece!! D: Psudolonewolf is beyond awesome! Oh I hope he's doing ok.

These are,of course, minor gripes since the 'atmosphere' and the "horror" are he main concern, so I only gave 1 point off of an otherwise acceptable shooter. Though I have to say, some of the events are just..silly...
Normally that'd be cheesy but ok, however in this kind of game, everything is 'supposed' to be scary. The reason I am using ' ' airquotes is because this is a shooter, you are here to kill everything, being killed in 'this' kind of game, is not scary, it's frustrating. Also, there needs to be a explanation on how your credits work. I did several Side Missions, the first one, I died, didn't get any credits, the second one I did, but quit out, and still didn't get any credits. So there needs to be an explanation on that. Also, there was mention of Ranks and Armor, but I didn't see anything like that in the digishops. Also, its annoying I can't access them when not in a mission, meaning I can't ready myself up with lots of ammo. Equally annoying is that I can't seem to quit out or do any of those other things when selecting my mission.
I gave his game a 4/5, it had a nasty habit of slowing down, even though I turned off all the high settings and shadows. It also has this annoying need to lay a strange sound like a gong each time something 'scary' comes on the scene.
another small pet peeve, I wish we could click and choose where and how the skills line up, so I can have Steal set to 3 or something, as is, the more skills I learn, the more annoying the placement of it becomes :< my index finger is very far from the 8 key D:
I know this is an annoying request, because of coding. can the theif character (Lina) Please have her 'Steal' animation be the 'basic attack' animation where she goes up to the enemy, then swipes her hand down in a down slash? I really love he 'spiral' where she twirls when slashing upward. But when she's casting steal she just reaches out with both hands....it doesn't look right to me >> ...it's a little thing, no big deal <3
