Ther's a flaw in the upgrade system: Before upgrading one of your stats, sell your previous upgrades.
This way you can only pay for the highest rank of each stat.
A good way to improve damage for a mage (that's the only character I tested) is to imbue all your stuff with Death Dealers's souls. When all pieces of your equipment gives you 15-20% more skill damage, that makes quite a difference...
Awesome game, 5/5 for me, just a few little suggestions:
1) it'd be nice to see your health and mana value on the main screen.
2) add a hotkey for the inventory.
3) fast weapon swap would also be great.
the hard badge is a bit frustrating, but with a bit of luck and the correct strategy, it's not impossible.
As was said before, be very aggressive at the beginning.
Never have any idle people.
First objectives is to have a big population so that deaths do not count so much. To accomplish this, try to get an apartment early, and then scout and recruit as much as you can.
Farms aren't so important in the early stage: You can get most of the food you need by scavenging!
Also, remember to put normal survivors in night guard (police station), as this will turn them to soldiers.
I disagree with people asking for us to kill the zombies. This is clearly not a shooter. It's an excellent management/strategy game.
Juset one thing that would be great : When choosing who you send, being able to have separated class lists.
5/5, it totally deserves it
