OK, the majority of the commenters here are lazy, ignorant retards.
Several people explained that this crash does NOT depend on the browser, and the Flash player itself is causing it. I've even posted a working version of Flash for XP/Vista/7 (zero downloads yet). The helpful comments here get downrated, and "game crashes, remove it from the Pixel pack quest" type demmands get voted up instead. Do the conclusion yourself. I got the Pixel pack badge, lazy people didn't. P.S. the issue is already reported to Adobe.

Rename/backup the NPSWF32.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash and extract this one there.
This is for 32bit Win only, and NOT for Internet Exploder!
Crashes on Flash player v.10.1.53.64 , works fine on Flash player v.10.1.53.38.
Check your version of C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll (on Win32) and downgrade if necessary.
