there is a bug where if you get going fast enough, then land exactly horizontally on the water, You can keep holding just up after that, and you'll get perfect entries, and get ludicrous speeds. it's hard to do though.
I couldn't get to the "diner" (Or whatever it is) even after gathering speed for 15+ minutes in free play. I was going so ridiculously fast though, it was awesome! :D
