The first one was a disgrace. This is brilliant. I thought for a bit that it was made by a different person the first one was so bad. Great upgrade, 5/5.
Although Flippy23 was a bit obnoxious, he/she is right. I have absolutely no idea why this is rated so highly. It was doing the same four things over and over again, and clicking repeatedly on a seed button in between the mini games which were the only interactive part of the meta game. The games had no variation as stated. The only thing that kept me playing this was the sole hope that the mini games would change, or a new one would arise. This is only the second time I have ever given a front page game (the other being Castle Wars, it pains me to mention it) a 1/5. I fear for the future of Kongregate.
This is by far the worst game ever to be on the front page of Kongregate. It is very poorly made and has way too many bugs. Values in the cards were rather thoughtless. Overall, it looks like it was made by a 8 year old. I found absolutely no enjoyment in this game, and I am not hard to entertain. It's nice, but it could use a LOT of work. The stages felt very small and though the quests were innovative, they got repetitive very quickly. The physics are a little off, but that has already been said. I think if the stages were more elaborate and the quests more plentiful this would be a great game. Good job so far; these are difficult to make, so 4/5.
I can't begin to describe how good this game is. I come here to play some flash games, not some game that belongs on an old video game console. This is one of the few games on this site that I would willing pay for, and I feel like I am ripping off the developer by only giving him a 5/5. This is absolutely fantastic; it has even distracted me from current-gen console games. Once again, great job, and keep the chapters coming! Can't wait for the next installment!
It's... a plotless game with 4 repetitive mini-games that you play until it becomes ungodly fast with no real game in between the mini games? That sums it up in a nutshell.
A bit of advice from a fellow game designer (not on Kong, the platform I use isn't supported): After spending about 15 minutes on the second boss, using the right technique, I decided it needed one simple change: reduction of health. The first time I was using the right technique, I thought for sure it was going to be a gimmick boss it was taking so long; I could only get about a fifteenth of his health gone at a time. Doing the same thing 15 times in a row does not a good boss make. Many other people it appears are being hung up on this part and simply giving up, not caring about the rest of the game. So, to improve the enjoyability of the game, especially for the not as strong players, reduce the health of the second boss.
