It's a shame that a game which looks so nice and detailed has such basic, un-thought out gameplay. You could definitely expand upon this, keep the graphics, but develop levels, powerups, and specific goals in order to turn this from a cool-looking game into an all around cool game.
The cursor issue is recent. I updated the game to add in the pauses when you are wrong or right, and that somehow screwed up the cursor. I'll look into the problem tomorrow. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
I unfortunately don't know any Spanish at all. The spellings of the words were as provided to me by my multimedia teacher who got them from the Spanish teacher. And I had no choice in the words included on the list. I purposely chose an uppercase font so that I would not have to deal with accents. I did get jugar from a translator, and had no idea what the better term was. I'll fix it to what you suggested when I re-upload the game. To win, you need to leave the last building...you can't just stay in it.
This could develop into a great game. I imagine enemies you can only detect if they are in your light range. And various buttons/targets to find. Definitely needs a gun. Nice start!
The red mug should be a platform, but only the top section of it. I guess I and the people I have testing it have played the game so many times that we've just memorized it. I'll work on making the distinctions clearer for when I put out the next version. Thanks for all the comments.
Pretty good game, but you really need to improve your hit tests. Make sure you're testing for the actual space the object takes up and not for the object's bounding box.
