Same bug as others have stated. I have completed all 30 missions, but only have it listed as 27/30. I'm guessing this is because I bought out the last few missions and something didn't trigger.
4-3 really shows off the flaws of the random levels. While there is some strategy involved in saving spells and when to put units into play, you're mostly at the whim of whatever the game throws at you and puts a really annoying roadblock to the progression of the game.
On the Whale Farm page, a little counter that says how many goldfish you have currently would be a cool little addition. Completely unnecessary, but it would be helpful to the lazy.
I have no idea why I cannot get my guys to go past the first floor. They were doing fine just doing one floor at a time but suddenly they just will not go past the first floor no matter what I do and no hints in game will tell me what to do.
