I wanted to like it, it looked like a neat side scroller (okay, not great graphics, but cool concept)...but, alas, the controls are very quirky, sometimes the collision detection doesn't work, or works when it shouldn't. Could be a cool game, with a few revisions here and there.
If you're having problems loading the game, use the link supplied in the instructions...but first, make sure you close ALL programs/windows/background tasks running BEFORE you launch the uninstaller. Otherwise, it may keep parts of the flash program installed, and due to a bug in Adobe's routine, will not remove properly. Also, after uninstalling (BEFORE reinstalling), reboot your computer, then reinstall. Hope that helps. :)
Sorry, my fault, first time around, I clicked on the easy mode without seeing that the menu at the front has instructions. There's just no way to get back to the menu after you start a game. So maybe that's more of the problem then. My apologies for the confusion and my lack of noticing that.
Well, my bubble went off the screen, and never returned. I also didn't find it to be a very fun game either, sorry. The graphics look pretty good though. Also, better instructions might help, first 3 or 4 games, I had no clue what I was doing.
For those having problems with it working, there is an uninstall utility from Adobe...use that, and then reinstall. Copy this address and paste into your address bar: http://tinyurl.com/2j9lt2
Have to agree with what's been said. Fun at first, but then it just becomes tedious and a bit boring. The controls are a bit clunky (the press left, he turns left, then press again to move thing....just pressing left should turn and move left for simplicity). Good game, just needs a few tweaks in my opinion.
Sorry, I just can't get excited about avoider games anymore. And please, please, please, put in an option on games to allow volume control of music or at least give mute option. For an avoider game, it's not bad, just see too many of them.
Needs an option to save your current configuration of weapons that are mapped. I came back from playing earlier, and it reset back to the single weapon type. Other than that, the game is awesome so far.
Switching to knife to kill the ones on you, works, but it's not a great design IMO. I feel that you should move faster than a zombie. Nice game other than the movement speed of your character, and one thing that really bothers me with certain games....no way to remap the keys, or at least give me the option to use arrow keys instead of the WASD setup (I hate that configuration, sorry). Anyhow, nice game, but would like to see an options screen on the main menu that allows remapping, sound options, and even maybe an option to have your guy move faster than the zombies...just a thought. ;)
Game is not my style of game, but I'll try to offer some criticism that might help out. The game is just another avoider game (I'm not fond of those), but that's not why I don't like it. The background is horrible. The "buttons" I don't like (sorry, my idea of a button is a button, not text that changes), and the music, can I mute it? I couldn't find how to mute that (sorry, didn't like the music either). For an avoider game, it wasn't horrible, but those are the things I would change to make the game better.
Very cool game, was fun to be completely stumped on the fraction level, hehe. Only complaint, is the circles leaving the playing area. Clean that up, and it's a great game, and fun.
Okay, twice now, I've tried to complete this, and both times, Kongregate disconnected while I was playing it (12.5 minutes the second time before it completed the "10 minute survival", and that was without shooting a single target). I'm assuming the game doesn't send the signal again to say you've completed it, so I'll have to do it again (not looking forward to this again).
