Caravaneer	Oct. 09, 2009 Rating: 0 Japiedmont - I find Hara is usually best, though you may need to take a load of crude oil up there to get things started. After finishing the game I occasionally found that fuel and crude disappeared from all economies, which forced me to go back to pack animals.
