I've actually been thinking about this question since you asked it. It doesn't exactly have any good answer. The way it is now I think it comes after, but I realized either entirely after or before wouldn't really be an accurate model. Even something like the compound interest formula doesn't really cover the taxation aspect, though I could calculate the debt rise itself more accurately. I think what I'm going to do in the near term is make half of it come before the multiplier, and half after.

in short, more or less high relations increase exports and low tariffs increase imports but with tariffs having a slight effect on exports and vice versa?
