@delos, it would help see if a recent change in nation stats was from a binary. if we dont pay close attention to the bills screen and a bill passes at about 11pm we may not see whether it passed or not.
you should make an australian version of the game where the only abilities are half hearted punditry and wildcard. and the only bills are repeal/establish carbon tax.
