First day of the month. Attempts to abuse this will lead to me banning you. And yes, people do report it. It's also pretty easy to see in the paper.. and unlike players, I DO know who releases scandals. So as usual: don't exploit the game or you get banned.
the facebook footer should be toggleable in some way, it often gets in the way of the lowest bill on the list as well as the ability to chance the country of a suggested foreign leader
That means that either your browser sucks and doesn't render things properly or you have some kind of zoom setting set. The footer doesn't obscure any part of the game when it renders according to W3C standards.
it really should be harder to get away with murder. of all the murder's theres been apparently only one was brought to light, and that was a VIP assasination
I have plans to add a deep investigation feature that ignores lower-level scandals. I previously made it harder to cover up serious scandals and hoped that would do it... but it seems it hasn't.
