Your crafting system is goddam retardo. You put in the ingredients via your own recipe GUI and blow away all your stuff on something else? Thanks for that. And since when is a 75% "success" the same as 95% failure? Have trouble coding simple probability? Seen better coding from pimplefaced college flunkies. At least mean what you say in your own GUI. I let the game run over night while sleeping. Bought the fidget spinner and upgraded it with everything I had. It started massively killing all stickmen on the screen instantly. Then it gives the error "An exception has occurred, but exception handling has been disabled in this build. If you are the developer of this content, enable exceptions in your project WebGL player settings to be able to catch the exception or see the stack trace." And now it crashes with this error every time I reload.
Expanding on croidin's comment, many of the techs are buyable before you have the science needed. Techs that cost 5500, for example, can be bought with 5000 science. The text stays red, but the buy button pops up. This expands into other techs, like 11000 ones being buyable at 10000, etc.
Further inspection regarding my previous post, Elf basic unit upgrades show up in Dwarf worlds, but are completely abscent from Elf worlds.
Lastly, the Smart Hunters tech, "increase hunters productivity 100%" does nothing. I've carefully checked in numerous worlds. It has no effect.
Hope these tips help you iron out a few kinks. Still a great game. :)
Two little bugs to look at. 1) I had a Human/Dwarf world and it gave me Elf upgrades in Science. 2) On the Orders screen, if you are actively in the tab when the bar fills and turns green, the button doesn't pop up to send the order. You have to change tabs and come back to send it. Great game, tons of fun! :D
Total Progress: 99.86%, Tasks: 99.8%, Upgrades: 100%, Secrets Found: 0... There are no more tasks in the tasks tab, and I've searched everywhere for any kind of secret. Am I missing something here?
In-game text says you can convert crystals to energy. I only see the option to convert 1 crystal into +1 max energy. At 200k max energy, IDGAF about adding 16k to my max. Where do you go to get spendable energy out of them? Looked in all the menus, cant find it.
3rd reset, game started getting clunky. 4th reset, using the "manager" for auto sell etc., completely froze my system worse than any game I've ever played. Something is wrong here. I'm not running a particularly light system... Not just your normal crash and burn, completely froze out and sent cooling into overdrive. Had to hard shutdown to get out of it. Not just a little glitch, but potentially damaging. Needs some serious reassessing! ;)
Aimless clicking tying to figure out WTF, squinting the whole way. Could be great with some instructions and/or intuitive interface. Currently unplayable. 1/5
It was good, up til the end. It becomes such spammy bull that skills start becoming unresponsive, and you really can't tell what's going on. People complaining about the beginning being too hard simply have no clue how to play this kind of game. But the end... The end is garbage.
Placing turret is not drag and drop. Requires dragging into the play area and then clicking again on the desired location. Very awkward. Periodically de-selects selected turret while trying to upgrade. Tried numerous strategies to beat first level, but upgrades make no noticeable difference in turret performance. Most machine gun projectiles pass through enemies.
It is just a matter of keep the finger or the mouse icon over the correct place before releasing it, the need to click again happens when the finger or the mouse icon is out of the position, but is possible to change the turret position before it is placed, it is useful to see if the range of the tower is in a good position. Just click or touch the tower again and move it to another place.
Upgrades increases up to 62,5% over the initial values, that is why they are cheaper than to build another tower. The upgrade bar stays for 8 seconds in the screen, if no upgrade is made, it disappears. The game is hard, i guess it is hard enough. But i will probably remove it, the traffic in this site is very low, does not worth the effort of developing web games.
As in the real world some projectiles may not hit the moving target, i guess there are enough easy tower defense games here, most of them are very ugly and boring and receiving 4 or 5 stars.
Game does not fit to window; has a vertical and horizontal scroll bar.
Inconsistent labeling: Buying new turret "30k" Actual money and upgrades "30"
Upon defeat, game goes to a plain black screen. Only way to play again is to completely reload.
Quit level confirm only responds to "No" taking you back to current level.
The information i had was that the maximum resolution accept was 800 pixels wide. The game is 800x450, it should work without bars, not my mistake. Inconsistent what? I could not understand it, the price of towers and upgrades is very visible. The return to a black screen does not happened offline. About the quit button i already now it, but i had no time to substitute files yet. Thank you.
How did this game make it onto the front page of Kong? No one has anything nice to say about it... even the top comments are "constructive criticism" at best. I agree with every one of those comments too. Poorly executed, needs loads of work to have any reason to play it. Hope the neg comments were worth whatever you paid kong to be front-page for a week. :p
"Uh oh! Looks like something went wrong with the game! Please refresh." ~refreshes and restarts game~ ""Uh oh! Looks like something went wrong with the game! Please refresh." ~Repeat~ "Uh oh! Looks like something went wrong with the game! Please refresh."
Looks like "the game" went wrong with your game. Cannot play...
Quick run, complete in just under an hour with 2/5 secrets! Some of the most challenging puzzles yet, and the place is HUGE! And OMG the story takes a major turn!!! 5/5 as always!
I tried really hard to like this game. Spent a ton of time playing through once and getting the last seed. But in the end, the things that should produce high $ end up producing low (I built two "lawnmowing" boards second run through and 50% upgraded one, and the untouched one produces more DPS??? O_O). Great idea, extremely poor execution. Sorry, but 1/5 until you correct the math here.
