Okay, fully upgraded rocket, 100 runs later, cant make it past 282k feet. No point in steering cause even fully upgraded, the wind puts you wherever it wants, making you miss 5 gates, 10 bonuses and smack into 20 obsticles regardless of efforts to steer. WAY too biased. I'll give ya a 2/5 for effort though...
@ShadowOfHollow, The soundtrack is awesome, doesn't need a "mute" button, and your computer has a built in mute! Silly reason to give bad ratings. :p Hope you dev a game so I can give you a neg rating for "a pixel being out of place" or something. Lolz.
Has a few mechanical issues here and there. Usually I prefer "upgrade" games to allow replay on earlier levels to gain XP for future levels, but this one doesn't really require maxing everything, so it works okay. I almost never give a 5/5, especially if there's room for improvements. But, the style, music, art and obvious extreme effort put into this demands a 5. Thanks, and keep up the great work! :)
Direction keys keep sticking. Tried directionals and wasd keys, both give irratic movement, so it's not my computer... Can't possibly make it to the end like this, and thus can't give a decent rating. Sorry...
Worst lag I've ever got out of any "completed" game. Have to refresh my browser after every level/attempt or end up missing 3 waves all together. Needs some originality; greatly mimics Desktop TD and Bubble Tank TD. Good concept, but add some zing-- you have the idea, but add towers like vaccines, white blood cells, etc. -- something that justifies this as a unique game. 2/5
Sorry, had to drag ya down .01 with a 3/5. Lags pretty bad on a quad core, fully updated and "endless" mode truely is endless as it froze on round 43. Aside from the lag/freezing, VERY good game. :) Sort of a cross of GemCraft and desktop tower defense. Good theme, options and upgrades. Perhaps some alternate upgrade paths and a bit more balance in unit strengths though? Green Jackets + Puckle Guns = Auto Win...
In games like this, lag kills! Using a laptop touchpad for a mouse, any sudden/jerky movement causes INSANE lag... Half life gone by the time it catches up... Can't go higher than 3/5... :/
Cant get the mad scientist in game achievement, unless you go to armor games. Hate it when people put games here that are semi-locked. Dropping a couple stars on rating for that. Else, it's a really good, fun game! :)
Game has lost my user data 3 times now. Manage to build up my account to 25k points, go to log in the next day and "userdata does not exist, try again" ... If I could rate this game negative, i'd give it -5 stars... p.o.s.
