okay i need some help. on level 4 or the europe challenge how do you use the reinforcements for airlift with the three little circles below it. they all have 120 reinforcements but i dont know how to access them. i know how to use the airlift card just need help acessing those reinforcements

Just select the 120s as the source territory of the airlift.
