Never mind the thing about no saving, i just had to finish initialization. I'm only on to play the games that would otherwise be lost from the internet, so I didn't really go out of my way to do it.
Keep the game open in another tab, muted if needed, to keep progress even though it can't save normally. If your game freezes up or you turn off the power, though, your game is toast.
I made up a scoring system for robots based on their stats and scrap value. I used it on a gunbot with the survey cam, MEK stock frame, dual bolt gun, MSU stock legs, and steel hull.
So here it is...
Range value (310) + speed (18) = 328
328 + attack value (39) = 367
367 + health (145) = 512
512 divided by scrap cost (185) = 2.76
So using this scoring system I deduced that the bot ranked 2.76. I suspect many are going to score similarly, but I don't know. Weight is only for parts as it is not a concern on the battlefield.
