If you wanted to make possibly the best RTS on kongregate, you could make the squads fully customizable. Obviously a plan for a sequel, not an update, but you could be able to buy like, different tier squads; Peasant, Veteran etc, and equip them with whatever weapons you choose; Bows, Battleaxes etc. Then they could gain experience for those weapons, but you could still change their weapon type if, for example, you decided you needed two more archer squads for a certain mission. You could also buy horses for them, and chooses their armour, like light, fast leather armour, or strong slow Platemail. Ok I might have got a bit excited there, but that would be amazing!!!
This game irritates me, because it could easily be one of the greatest arena action games on kongregate. You need to remove the moving forward whilst attacking mechanic, and locking the items that you can buy, it makes the game too linear. Also please at least increase the coin magnet distance, it's a frustrating game of perception to try and collect all the coins in time. It's still a great game, and I love the little details, like people walking through the marketplace.
Just to say, the walkthrough says there's no point attacking the zombies, but the first zombie I killed dropped a one handed mace which does 22 damage, which is way better than the iron sword I had
@CakeNinja Well not really a reply but whatever, the same thing goes for after you save the miners, go back to the cave, go in the right entrance and talk to one of the miners, you get a pickaxe pendant
You could add a few items that you have to buy. For example "Teleportation Book: teleports you to the tree; 20,000 gold" "Lamp/Torch: Doubles the area you can see; 10,000 gold" "BackPack: extra ten ore slots; 10,000 gold" "Improved Map: Shows coloured slots for different ores that you have passed; 10,000 gold" That would probably make the game last a little bit longer.
Just a random idea I got from when the game glitched once, it kind of repeated my run whilst it gave me my score. Well anyway it looked really cool, so if you make another one of these it might be cool to have a replay of your last run whilst you see your score and whilst buying stuff from the store, makes it feel kind of cinematic
It's a pretty cool game, but would it kill you to add a little colour? Just making the floor brown and the trees and grass green would make it seem much more vibrant, and then we'd actually be able to see the bullets that are killing us
@Greenshift, I think you got thumbs downed because you rated the game 3/5 because it has a bug, and raged at the game dsigners, as opposed to doing what most kong users do, which is "Great game, 5/5 but there's a small bug which is..."

The bosses are really overpowered. It sucks when you breeze through an entire mission, and then one boss walks over and you lose. Apart from that it's fantastic, really nice genre mash :)
