A couple thoughts: a limit on trading territories makes sense, but then I need a way to capture territory for my ally. You can only trade 1 territory a day and only 4 per game. The game is fun, but at 4x speed (like the tutorial) it is too fast to only login once per day, but still takes a while for things to happen. I have now conquered two countries because they attacked me and I didn't trust them to back down.
Oh, and make sure you build morale boosting buildings in your territory. High morale improves output and makes it more likely for the territory to revolt back to you.
... By accident I discovered that pressing the 'a' key turns on "autoplay" mode. I robbed myself of completing level 3.x by trying to use the 'a' key to keep the beat. :(
The key to beating the later mazes is to 1. do some cave to boost your stats, and 2. to only fight towers you need to. You can get through just about all of the later mazes by using knights.
I think the worst thing about this game is that lots of parts of it would be fun in a vacuum. It is only by adding the pay-to-win and energy systems that this game becomes unfun.
The only thing I have against this game is that I had to start the game all the way over to get the coins I had missed rather than being able to redo levels after I beat the game.
Just beat the 5th mega-boss. I restarted twice (with about 300 and about 3000 rebirth tokens). I had an 80% damage bonus from rebirth. I was level 463. I was on level 1118 of the forest. I had 300 arrow mushrooms, 97 critical chance mushrooms, and 65 critical damage mushrooms. I had level 17/6/7 on the power gem upgrades. Research cost me 8 million a piece. Cannon ball, cannon bomb, and missile were at level 90. Arrow damage was at 516, laser damage was at 447. I had bought 15800 health. Arrow speed cost 48 million, missile speed cost 50 million. I used a level 100 lightning shield, a level 100 health ring, level 60 diamond arrows, level 100 explosive and arrow torches, and a level 10 missile banner. I had 4500 health left over. It took about a month of playing every day, plush I played back in January and March.
My only complaint is that the endless mode has a very narrow range between "I've still got this and I am keeping up with the invaders" and "EEEK! I'M DEAD!!!!!"
@Dragonstrider4: I did it by landing where I could kill 2 zombies the first turn on the east side of the island. There might be other landing sites that work.
