in the night i hear her call
as i run to bow and kiss her feet
so to my knees i fall
as the beauty takes her rightful seat
in her throne so big and bold
though vicious be her bite
my heart she cradles she hold
her beauty blinding as it may
keeps the sighting of the beast at bay
though it longs to burst and grasp its prey
and drink in ravenous thirst
silently it shall surely lay
as the prey kneel hooked
wrapped in her cold embrace
the love and fear the beast can taste
