yes that said that a while ago but they were finishing a project first. now they are done but they are working on the base 0 not found and cell for base 0 not found (which are different) first. Their priority is to fix that so some people can actually play the game. THEN they will update with new content.
for all you whiners: straight from kixeye, "the update we’re planning will both fix this issue as well as introduce new content" now stop planning a "boycott" and be patient
@quichwe10 you are only lvl 28. later on you need a lot of putty. it takes 8,000,000 to upgrade D.A.V.E. just to lvl 2 and 12,000,000 to get teratorns ricochet lvl 1. you'll need A LOT later on but sometimes you need other resources right now
