Wingerini, you only need 4 colors if there are 4 spaces THAT ALL BORDER EACH OTHER. You don't need 4 if there is one that touches three others as long as there is at least one of the four that doesn't touch the other three.
And it is not bi- because there are two of them. It is bi- because it means "two-headed [muscle] of the arm", in reference to the fact that the muscle consists of two bundles of muscle, each with its own origin, sharing a common insertion point near the elbow joint.
BICEP is spelled just like that, but it is a corrupted loan word from latin, where the word is BICEPS (singular) BRACHII. There is no such word as BISCEPT.
