Pretty stupid that I go through looking for support. Signing up and verifying all to find out I can't submit a report unless I use facebook. Pretty unsatisfactory
You don't have to put an actual FB id into the text box but we have received tickets from non-FB users so it does work. Alternatively please either use the in-game "report an issue" link or send us a direct mail at help@werinteractive.com - even quicker- let us know your issue via PM here? Thanks.
