how nice, get a message saying there's an update to the game fixing a problem with ultra orbs disappearing. look at my orbs and now i'm missing 6 of them. didn't have a problem before the update.
It's likely that when you refreshed, it still loaded the old version with the bug - the bug only happened on reload, so that's when it triggered. I've adjusted your save file on the cloud so your orbs are back. Please use the "load cloud save" option on start up to get the correct file.
