I just right-clicked and clicked on "play" to try to stop the music (it's good, but only for a while). It stopped the music but also gave me the medium badge!
I was a bit annoyed that this was a demo, then I was a bit annoyed that the "60 min" download demo turned out to be 40 min. I still considered buying it though. Maybe another day - there's still loads more deserving things to look at on Kong.
Two territories to go and I am SO bored. I really don't see the appeal - it's far too slow and drawn out. Obviously not what everyone thinks, but thought I'd share.
It's pretty poor that you paddle often passes through the puck and knocks it forwards then immediately backwards. I found it difficult to make myself complete a 3 minute match.
I just don't get how to play this game properly! The enemy seems to multiply far faster than you, so you seem to be failing epically - then suddenly, unexpectedly everything swings in your favour.
I really like this game, only it commits two of the worst sins possible on Kongregate:
i) no option to disable music or sfx individually (or at all in this case)
ii) controls swap between mouse and keyboard in a most unnatural way (and very frequently)
Also, battles are tedious, as they usually end up involving keeping HP above the max damage of the enemy and clicking attack.
I really hope these improve for the 3rd installment!
